I can't seem to get into GeoTix!
Well, there is a few quick trouble shooting things we might ask you to try.
First, are you logging into https://secure.geotix.com? We find often times a user is trying to login to the portal's consumer facing page or geotix.com, which is a sales website.
Next, are you having difficulty getting the right password? Resetting it is as simple as a click.
Tip: just make sure your new password is at least 6 characters long.
