If you are offering Send In Mail as a ticket delivery method for your event, you can batch print these tickets ordered by your guests in order to mail them out ahead of your event.
Navigate to the Dashboard for your event. Make note of the dates selected and be sure to select the appropriate dates for your needs. Near the bottom of the dashboard is the Batch Print section. Select Send in Mail Tickets.
Note that there are two things to print for Send in Mail tickets, the tickets (as PDFs or Rip tickets) and the receipts for each order. These two items will need to be printed separately.
The Send in Mail tickets for the selected event dates will print. You can limit the results by entering dates based on when the orders were processed. This will let you print all orders up to a certain date, and then come back to this dashboard and print just the new orders processed since that date.
If your intention is to print all Send in Mail tickets for the selected event dates, then you can leave the date fields blank.
In order to Print "Rip" Tickets, you will need a ticket printer and ticket stock that are compatible with the platform and configured with your box office computer.
