If you want to hold tickets for a customer, go through the order process and select the Hold Tickets option. This will put the selected tickets into an order in the customer's file.
If you click on this order in the customer's file, on the right-hand side, you will have 2 options:
- Release this order - this will release the tickets so they are available for sale again.
- Pay hold on this order - this will allow you to purchase the held tickets directly from the customer's file. Simply fill out the payment information and you're all set!
Tip: It is best practice to put a time limit on how long you'll hold tickets for customers. You can keep track by adding a comment in the order file.
