After logging in, navigate to the Settings tab in the lefthand menu. The first tab, titled Organization, contains the basic information about your organization. Here you can edit your name, physical address, and timezone as well as contact info for your organization including a phone number and website. Additionally, you may write a description for your organization and include any other information you'd like ticket buyers to know about you. This information is customer-facing so you'll want to ensure it is both complete and accurate!

Upload a Logo
Click Choose File to browse your computer for an image. Select the image file you'd like to use for your Organization Logo and click OK to upload.
Your logo will appear on your organization page with a list of all of your events and the description you've written for your organization.
