Your Portal Settings is where you will input all your basic Portal information.
There are 4 tabs in your Settings:
- Portal - consists of contact info, address, logo, domain, email, and social media URLs
- Your Portal Domain must match the domain you have pointed at our servers, and your Contact Email will be your "From" email address for all your transactional emails.
- Make sure this email address has been verified with us!
- There are 3 levels of User Permissions
- Admin - full Portal access
- Staff - access to all pages except for Settings
- Box Office - can operate the box office, view/edit customers, and pull reports
Tip: When you add a User a password reset will automatically be sent to that user's email address. You can add as many users as you want!
