You will create your Ticket Types within the Ticket Settings page when creating or editing an event.
To start adding tickets click Add another Ticket
The first option is Ticket Name. This will either reflect who the ticket is for of the section it represents.
If you selected Reserved Seating the Ticket Quantity will be tied to the Seating Chart you use for the event. If you select General Admission, a Ticket Quantity box will appear and you will need to set your quantity for that Ticket Type.
When Ticket Name is the section use the Price Levels to designate the prices for different customers.
Tip: You have the option to sell certain Ticket Types or Price Levels online or in the Box Office only by selecting/deselecting the Sell Online checkbox.
