There are several different Delivery Methods that you can choose from:
- Print at Home - allows the customer to print their tickets from home at any time. A link will be included in their Confirmation Email or they can print their tickets from the Order History tab in their Customer File online.
- Print Immediately - prompts the customer to print their tickets upon completion of their purchase. They will also have the Print at Home options in case they don't print it right away.
- If this is a Box Office transaction you will have the option to print either your standard "Rip" ticket or a PDF version of the ticket.
- There are several features that make this easy like Batch Printing for Send in Mail Tickets and Mailing Receipts
Tip: If you select Mail as an option, don't forget to set a mailing fee! This fee gets payed out to the Organization.
You do have the option to edit the description of any of these default Delivery Methods by clicking Manage delivery methods.
Tip: Have a unique Delivery Method? Each organization has the ability to create their own Delivery Methods as well!
