If your event is General Admission, you do not need to select a Seating Chart and assign your Ticket Types.
If your event is Reserved Seating, select the Seating tab within your event.
All Seating Charts associated with your Venue will appear in the drop-down.
Once you pull your Seating Chart into your event, it will break ties with the Seating Chart built in the Venue, so you can edit it without affecting the original chart created.
Select the Ticket Types tab in the seating chart editor then click, hold and drag over the seats you want to assign. As soon as you let go, a box with your Ticket Types will appear.
Select the Ticket Types assigned to those seats.
Tip: Don't like the color? You can change it by clicking on the Pencil Icon to the right of the Ticket Type.
