Head to the customer’s file whose order you would like to refund. After finding the correct order, locate the Order Actions on the right-hand side.
Here you will see Refund This Order. This will refund the entire order. If you are looking to only refund a single ticket, instead of using the action options listed next to the individual tickets.
After selecting to refund an order, you will be asked if you are sure you want to refund the order
After clicking "OK" it will refund to the original payment tender.
Tip: Refunds that were credit card purchases will be automatically debited out of the organization's bank account.
