To add an order comment, start by heading to the desired customer file and clicking into the order.
At the bottom of the order summary, you will find an area to add an order comment.
Examples of when order comments are used:
- A different person is picking up tickets than who originally bought them.
- You are mailing tickets and want to mark an order as mailed.
- when an "office pickup" order is picked up
Tip: To find an aggregated list of order comments, look under the Manifest section of reporting and check the box order comments.
