How do I send a password Reset?
To send a password reset, head to the customer page, using email or last name find the desired customer file.
On the bottom right of the customer file’s home screen, find the header “Action.”
Directly underneath you will see “Send password reset email.”
Tip: Always keep in mind that a password-reset link within the subsequent email is only valid for one click. In addition, if you send a password reset it will invalidate all previous password resets sent.
