How do I upgrade a ticket?
We don’t have the concept of “upgrading” tickets at this point. If you want to take a single ticket and buy a more expensive ticket in it’s place you have two options.
- You could refund the whole order to credits and then just select the different tickets you are hoping to add. The advantage of this is that you only pay the difference for the “upgrade.”
- The second option is that you refund the individual ticket to original tender. Then just simply buy the ticket under the same customer file. The advantage of this is that you only have to deal with the single ticket.
