Why is there a cart timeout?
If a customer wants to know why there is a cart timeout, the function exists so that the seats the customer selected are reserved as theirs temporarily.
Without a cart timeout, the customer could go through checkout, complete their order, and then be told that those tickets were taken.
Although, almost all customers are fine with the allocated time there will be some customers who struggle to complete their order. We've found the best solution for these is to offer help over the phone.
