If you did not land directly on an event page when traveling to the ticketing website, click the Get Tickets button next to the event you'd like to purchase tickets to.
The screenshots in this article are branded to MyNorth Tickets. Geotix licenses it's software to multiple media companies so the branding and url displayed on the site where you are purchasing tickets is specific to our media partner in your geographic location.
Clicking Get Tickets next to the event listing will take you to the event page for that specific event. If you followed a direct link from the event host's website, you may have landed directly on the event page for their event. Click the Tickets button to select tickets.
If you are purchasing tickets from a mobile device, the Tickets button will be fixed at the bottom of the screen.
If the event is selling General Admission tickets, you will be prompted to select the type of ticket you would like to purchase as well as the quantity. After selecting the type of ticket and the quantity, click Add to add those tickets to your cart. Make additional selections if necessary. When you have all of your desired tickets added to your cart, click Checkout Now to proceed to the cart.
If the event is a reserved seating event with a seating chart then the floor plan will appear. Use the floor plan to click on the seats you wish to occupy. You may be asked to select the ticket type for the seat selected if there is more than one price available. For more help, check out our FAQ on Selecting Reserved Tickets.
When your tickets or seats are selected you can select "Checkout Now" to move to the Order Summary. The order summary shows the tickets selected and adds fees and taxes to show a total cost for the order. Before you move on to entering delivery and payment information, you must select your preferred ticket delivery method from the options.
If you have a Promo Code, then you would enter it here in the field on the bottom left and click apply.
Click Next to proceed with your order.
On the next screen, enter your First and Last Name as well as your email address. Please double-check the accuracy of your email as this is where our system will send an email confirmation with a link to your tickets. These fields are required so be sure to fill them out correctly before clicking Next.
If you mis-type your email, you will not receive your email confirmation and will have trouble accessing your tickets. To fix this, reach out to the organization hosting the event. They will be able to edit your email address entry and resend your email confirmation.
Finally, you will be prompted to enter payment information. Enter correct information in each of the required fields before clicking Complete Order. Note, clicking Complete Order will charge your card for the total order. See your email confirmation for information regarding how this charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Do not enter any spaces between numbers for your credit card as this will cause a verification error and you will not be able to complete your order.
