Check-in by Scanning Tickets
The mobile app is available in the iOS app store and the Google Play store and so can be used on most phones or tablets. Any registered organization user can use the app with their login. To begin checking in tickets for an event, log in to the app and you will see a list of event.
Each ticket sold to an event will have a unique QR code. The “Scan Ticket” option allows you to check-in guests using the camera on your device to read the code. You can scan the ticket QR code from a printed ticket or from the display of another mobile device. If there is any difficulty scanning a QR code from a phone screen then ask the owner of the phone to turn up the brightness and retry the scan.
Clicking "Scan Ticket" will bring up the camera. The app may ask for permission to use the camera if this is the first time using the app. You must grant it access to the camera to be able to scan tickets.
Check-in by Looking Up Order
If a guest does not have their ticket, they can be checked-in to the event manually. To do this, you will need to locate the guest’s order in the “View Orders” section of the event screen.
The orders list includes every existing order for the event. To locate an order you can scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top of the screen to search orders by customer name. Once you locate the order, click on the order tile near the name of the customer to access the order information and see the available tickets.
