There are a few things that may hold up an order processing. The most common issues people have when placing an order are listed below. If you have tried all of these solutions and still unable to complete your purchase online then there are options for completing your order over the phone (see below).
Processing payments can be an issue when a user's browser is incompatible or out of date. We recommend using the most recent version of the Chrome browser for processing orders. You can download the Chrome browser, or if you already have it then you can follow the steps here to update Chrome.
Credit card payment info will be checked carefully before being allowed to process. If there are any spaces in front of the entered characters then there may be an error. Check the following items:
- Be sure you have selected the appropriate card type.
- There should be no spaces in the card number.
- Check that your name is entered correctly.
- Double-check payment address.
- Check that there are no leading spaces in the entry fields.
If your payment information is not being processed then you may have an item in your browser's history that is considered a security risk. If you think this is the case then you can try using a different browser (we recommend Google's Chrome browser). You can also clear your browser's cache and retry your order. Before attempting this fix, we would recommend trying to place your order using the Chrome browser.
Instructions for how to clear your cache are listed below by browser. The links below will take you to the official support pages from the company that makes each browser.
If you have completed all the steps above and are still having errors processing your order then we recommend calling the box office for the event and placing your order over the phone. Contact information for the ticket seller is at the bottom of the event's page.
