Equipment rental requests must be received at least 14 days before your event to qualify for fulfillment.
We have equipment available that can be used to scan tickets and process orders at the gate. We have iPads, credit card scanners for computers and phones, and hotspots to provide a data connection in remote areas, all of which can be borrowed for the cost of return shipping.
To request equipment, fill out the Equipment Request Form. Our team will notify you of the request status via email within 24-48 hours. We will send a Lease Agreement if we are able to fulfill your request. The Equipment Lease Agreement must be signed and completed 7 business days prior to your event.
This is the expected timeline for the equipment request process.

Equipment Available for Loan
Having ticket sales available at the door for an event requires access to an internet network, laptops (preferred) and/or tablets with the gate app, and a way to quickly accept credit card and cash payments. We have devices to loan out that can help with most of these requirements. They include:
- iPads (full size and mini) for scanning and selling tickets via the gate app
- Hotspots to provide a secure wifi network when none is available
- Credit card swipers with USB connections for laptops
- Credit card swipers for iOS devices
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the rental period? The rental period is for 1-2 business days before the start of your event until 1 business day after the event ends.
Can I get equipment early? Equipment can only be sent early if we can confirm that the equipment is needed and will be used early. If you’d like to receive your equipment more than 1-2 business days prior to your event start date, please enter that date as the event start date and enter the reasoning in “notes or important information” at the end of the request form.
When will my equipment be delivered? Your equipment will be delivered 1-3 business days before your event start date. You'll receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your equipment ships out from our facility. If you still can’t locate the email with your tracking number, contact support to request your tracking number.
What is the cost of the loan? The shipping to your event is paid, but return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the lessee.
Is there a deposit or any late fees? Late equipment, per the Equipment Lease Agreement, a late return fee will be applied if equipment is returned later than 1 business day after your event ends.

Shipping & Receiving
Which company do you use for shipping? Equipment is shipped via FedEx. You’ll receive tracking updates via email from FedEx when your equipment ships from our facility.
Where will the equipment be delivered? Equipment is delivered to the shipping address you enter in the Equipment Lease Agreement. You will need to complete and return the agreement 7 business days before your event start date. A signature is also required at the time of delivery. (if you have concerns, please contact support).
How do I change my shipping information? If your equipment hasn’t shipped yet you can update your request by emailing support, they’ll reply within 1 business day. If you need to update your delivery address after it's shipped contact FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339 or via their Customer Support page.
The expected delivery date has passed. Where is my equipment? Go to https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/ and enter the tracking number(s) you received to track the status of your equipment delivery. If your equipment delivery is late, check for contact attempts from FedEx (e.g., door tag for the failed delivery attempt and next steps or a phone call). If you notice any issue with the status of your equipment delivery, contact FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339 or via their Customer Support page.
Instructions for returning your rental equipment are included in your package. Look for this information when you receive your delivery, and be sure to keep it in a safe place.
When should I return the equipment? Equipment is to be returned ~1 business day after your event ends. Please see your Equipment Info Sheet sent with your equipment to confirm your return date. Equipment delivered after the date on the Equipment Info Sheet will result in late fee charges.
How do I return the equipment? Pack all contents as they were received in the packaging provided. Remove the old shipping label. If you have a FedEx/UPS account you can initiate shipping online. Print and affix a new Fedex/UPS label on the box. You can then drop the package off at the nearest FedEx shipping location or call Fedex to arrange for a pickup. If you do not have a Fedex/UPS account, please take the box to UPS or Fedex and process shipment in person. Return shipments are received at the following address:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Equipment
The equipment has been lost or stolen. What should I do now? Send an email to support to notify that devices have been lost. If you believe the equipment to be stolen, file and complete a police report for the stolen devices. Send an email to support to notify what devices have been stolen and include the police report information.
The equipment was delivered damaged. What now? If you received damaged equipment, email support with the following information:
- FedEx tracking number
- Last name
- Email address (used to submit the order)
- Event start & end date
- Damaged equipment
- Steps you've taken to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Any additional comments
